If you would like to be a candidate on a Credo Weekend, or if you would like to Team on a Weekend, please fill out the corresponding application below. Contact us if you have any questions. The top of the Applications include the address you can mail your application to. You may also scan and email a completed application to us.

TEAMER APPLICATION

Serving as a team member on a weekend is a very rewarding experience. If you have already been on a Credo weekend, or a weekend similar to that, you are eligible to team.
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God" (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).
